Medium resolution products enrich SPOT’s offer for land-use monitoring, thanks to their great spectral variety.
Wide area products are particularly suitable for monitoring vegetation cover, for observing oceans and taking biophysical measurements. They are also used for climatology and meteorological applications.
Radar products, which are very useful as they can be supplied under all weather conditions, also offer a unique way of monitoring oceans, geomorphology and for detecting shifts in land masses.
